Myanmar, also called Burma, is a country located in western Southeast Asia. Myanmar is the northernmost country in the region and is a country of great ethnic diversity. The Burmans, who form the largest group, make up more than half of the population.
Numerous small ethnic groups, most of which inhabit the upland regions, account for roughly one-fifth of Myanmar's population. Despite hosting great diversity, hundreds of thousands of Rohingya Muslims, an ethnic minority group, have fled Myanmar since a military genocide began in 2017.
The central government killed more than 6,000 people in the first month of the onslaught and has continued to enforce widespread and systematic extermination. Yangon, the capital and largest city of Myanmar, is a strategic hub for the Church to advance and usher in the justice of the Lord
